Free To Be counseling services use cognitive behavioral strategies combined with mindfulness, expressive arts, EMDR, and body-oriented relaxation strategies to help adults in Washington effectively manage daily hassles, long term stress, impacts from trauma and life-changing loss or grief.
Individual Counseling Includes:
Free 20-minute Counseling Consultation to explore how counseling could help you rest, heal and find clarity.
50 and 80 minute sessions, usually weekly or every other week.
Personalized counseling plan outlining your main counseling goal(s), desired outcomes and possible therapy approaches to support each goal.
Co-designed action steps to move you towards your counseling goals.
Process evaluation integrated into each session to make sure the counseling is providing what you need and is most effective for you.
Various add-ons available:
Yoga asana (postures and movements) and pranayama (breathwork)
Therapeutic animal interactions (coming soon!)
Personality and Strength assessments
