Montrose, PA, 18801.

 

HIPAA compliant, private online sessions use doxy.me, which is super easy to use.

I can accept several insurance plans for in-person or online counseling services.

    Classes will include primarily vinyasa, yin and restorative postures and add in elements of meditation and mindful movement flows. These group yoga classes are designed for anyone age 16+ with all levels of yoga experience.

    Don’t have a yoga mat? No worries. You can sit in a chair or bring a bath towel and borrow one of my extra small pads for ground work.
